Remember for years: 4 reviews instead of cramming

🧠 You memorised it. Great. Now the bad news: within an hour, more than half may be gone. It’s not your fault — that’s how everyone’s memory works.
📉 The forgetting curve: the biggest losses happen in the first hours. After a day, about a third remains. But every review lifts the curve back up — and afterwards it falls more slowly.
✨ You don’t need a hundred repetitions. You need to repeat on time:
⏱ 1️⃣ 15 minutes after learning
🌅 2️⃣ The next day (morning is best)
📅 3️⃣ After a week
🗓 4️⃣ After a month
🔁 Reviewing means recalling. Close your notes, recall on your own, say it out loud — and only then check. That very effort is what strengthens memory.
😴 Bonus: review in the evening before sleep — by morning it will be stronger. Sleep is a free memory booster.
📒 An exercise from the course module: keep a table “What I learned — date — 15 min — day — week — month” and tick it off. In a month you’ll have a whole library in your head.
