Become more attentive in 15 minutes a day

· Andrey Drobotin

🌙 In the evening, before sleep, recall your day. From the very morning. In order. What did you see first? What was the light in the room? What did you have for breakfast? Whom did you meet, what did you talk about?

🎬 Not “in the morning I was at work”, but in detail, like a film. Frame by frame.

⏱ 10–15 minutes · in writing, in your head or aloud · colours, sounds, words, smells.

🧩 For the first days many hours will be just blurry spots. That’s normal — we’ve lived on autopilot for years. In a week the picture gets sharper.

👀 The main effect: the diary teaches you not only to recall but to notice. Attention grows by itself.

🔄 Advanced: recall the day in reverse, from evening to morning.

✍️ Task from the course module: tonight write down at least 30 details of your day. Do it 21 days in a row — watch the number grow.
